FMQAI is a provider of CEs for Florida practitioners only. It is the practitioner's responsibility to ascertain the reciprocity of Florida CEs for other states.  If you are new to our courses, please be sure to enter your first and last name in your user profile, exactly as specified on your professional license.   For Florida General Education Contact Hours, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your License Number.  For those who have previously used our other education website, you will need to create a new account on this website.  There is an instructional guide at the top of this screen.

When you first set up an account, the system will send you an email so that you can confirm your participation.  Due to your security system setup, our confirmation email may be blocked.  If you do not receive the confirmation email within several hours, please call Bill Weinheimer at 813-865-3410 for assistance.
