The Decreasing Patient/Provider Conflict (DPC) ToolBox was created by the ESRD community as a resource for Dialysis and Transplant Centers. Using the DPC ToolBox assists providers of dialysis and transplant services to better cope with the issue of conflict. This class "trains the trainer" to use the DPC ToolBox and implement the three training steps of the DPC project. This course has been approved for 1.0 contact hour for Florida nurses and social workers.
